The focus of this Business to Business Outside Sales Representative job is to provide the highest quality service to new and existing customers (small and medium businesses). Office products industry knowledge preferred. Prior business-to-business selling experience preferred. Qualified candidates should be competitive and self motivated with a strong work ethic and have a genuine desire to balance both the company's and the customer's needs.

• Generating leads
• Research, contact, qualify, prepare and present proposals to acquire new accounts
• Writing and presenting proposals to customers and potential customers
• Meeting monthly sales goals
• Manage day-to-day relationships with existing customers by developing a high value-add relationship with buyers
• Identify short and long-term sales retention and penetration opportunities
• Work together with Sales Manager, Customer Care and other company resources to manage the day-to-day account needs
• Utilize consultative selling skills to determine customer needs
• Plan, organize, and implement innovative sales strategies
• Develop sales and profit margin goals
